Enable SCORM within Safari

If you are using Safari on MacOS or IOS to complete your learning, you may experience issues loading SCORM courses. This is due to a setting in Safari that prevents cross-site tracking. Follow the steps below to toggle off this setting so you can view the courses.

MacOS for laptop or desktop

1. Open Safari
2. Click ‘Safari’ in the top right corner of the screen and select
   
3. Select the ‘Privacy’ tab in the pop up window
   
4. Untick the check box next to ‘Website tracking’ and then close the window
   
5. You will now be able to open the SCORM course.

IOS for Iphone and Ipad

1. Open the settings app on your device
   
2. Scroll down to Safari and tap to select
   
3. Under the privacy & security section, locate ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ and tap the toggle to turn it off
   
4. Navigate back to Safari and relaunch the course.

If you are still experiencing issues, try to load the SCORM course with a different web browser such as Google Chrome. Please contact our support team at support@canopi.com.au if you are still having issues accessing the SCORM course.
