Managing Users
Users are anyone with an enrolment within the system.
As well as being a learner, they can have many roles. Only users with certain permissions can create and manage users. This includes admins, super admins and users with special roles created. To learn about these user types click here.
There is a full audit trail on the User activities page which is visible to all administrators or super administrators. User's can see their own activities only.
Activities performed on a user
There is also a screen which indicates the activities performed ON a user e.g. Password change, enrolment in a course etc.. There are 2 actions which cam be performed on a user:
