To add a header pane for contact details:
1. create a HTML module and put it in 'Header pane'
2. populate the source of the module with the contact details - you can use the following useful icons:

4. open the settings for the module and untick 'Display Container' and tick 'Display module on all pages'
5. Save and confirm
